How to make Pazham Pori–Select HD Quality
Description :
Ingredients:
Ripe banana – 3
Maida – 2 cups
Rice flour – 2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 pinch
Cumin seeds – ¼ tbsp (Optional)
Sugar – 2 tbsp (Depends on the sweetness of banana)
Salt
Water
Coconut Oil
Steps:
Take a bowl and mix maida, rice flour, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, sugar and salt.
Add required water and mix well to make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan.
Slice banana into 2 or 3 according to the size.
Dip each banana slice in the batter and drop into the oil.
Fry both sides on a medium flame.
Once done, transfer to a plate and serve hot.
Enjoy the pazham pori with hot tea.
