How To Make Milk Cake (Eggless Dessert)

Description :

Ingredients:
Milk – 8 cups
Lime Juice – 4 tbsp
Sugar – 1¾ cup
Saffron – 2 pinches (Optional)

Steps:
Boil milk in a hard bottomed pan.
Keep stirring and cook till the quantity reduces to half (4 cups).
Add lime juice and cook on high flame.
Add more lime juice, if the milk doesn’t curdle.
Once the milk curdles, add sugar and saffron.
Stir well and continue cooking till the water gets evaporated and milk solid remains.
Switch off.

Transfer it to a greased dish.
Level the contents with a spatula.
Let it cool.
Before it gets very cold, remove and flip the cake to a plate.
Leave it in the fridge to cool completely.
Remove and cut into pieces.
Enjoy the milk cake.
