How to Make Chicken Cutlets
Description :
Ingredients: (Makes 11)
Boneless chicken – ½ kg
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Ginger – 1 small piece (Crushed)
Salt
For masala:
Potato – 3 (Boiled and crumbled)
Onion – 1 big (Finely chopped)
Ginger – 1 big piece (Crushed)
Green chilly (Finely chopped)
Curry leaves
Garam masala – 1½ tbsp
Breadcrumbs (Recipe – http://y2u.be/X7UTKb3fcpc)
Egg (Beaten)
Oil
Steps:
Cook chicken along with pepper powder, ginger and salt adding little water.
Don’t add too much water.
Cover and cook till chicken is cooked and the excess water is gone.
Switch off. Once cool, grind it without adding water.
Dry roast the chicken in a pan on medium flame till lightly crispy.
Remove and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves.
When the onion becomes soft, switch off and add this to roasted chicken.
Add potato, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
Pinch small balls and shape it into the shape of your choice.
Heat oil in a pan to deep fry.
Dip each cutlet in beaten egg and roll it in breadcrumbs.
Gently drop it in hot oil and cook on medium heat.
Flip and cook both sides till golden.
Remove and enjoy the chicken cutlet hot with some ketchup.
