Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream-How To Make Ice Cream Without An Ice Cream Maker/Egg less

Ingredients:
Heavy cream / Whipping cream – 2 cup
Condensed milk – 1 cup (Recipe – http://y2u.be/fZptrVq6nI0)
Vanilla essence – 1-1½ tsp
Nuts of your choice – Optional (I used badam and pista)

Steps:
Add heavy cream to a mixing bowl and beat till creamy and fluffy using a hand beater / whisk.
Start with low and increase the speed as you go.
Add condensed milk. (Add more sugar, if required.)
Mix well with a spatula.
Add vanilla essence and nuts.
Beat in low speed till everything blends well.
Transfer it to a dish to set the ice cream.
Cover and freeze it for 6 hours.
Remove and enjoy the ice cream.
