Homemade Garlic Butter Naan/Easy to Make English translation (in description box)

Ingredients:
Maida / All purpose flour – 2 cups
Yeast – ¾ tsp
Salt
Sugar – A pinch
Lukewarm water
Oil – 1 tsp
Garlic (Finely minced and crushed)
Butter
Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
Salt
Steps:
Mix maida, yeast, salt and sugar and make a dough out of it adding enough lukewarm water.
I used ¾ cup plus 2 tbsp. The dough should be softer than a roti dough.
Add oil and knead again. Make a smooth and elastic dough.
Cover and let it rest at room temperature.
If you are from a warm place, it will rise in 45 minutes. If not, it will take 1½ – 2 hrs.
The dough should rise by 50%. It took me 1½ hours.
Make a paste out of butter and a small piece of garlic. Set aside.
Heat a cooker.
Make medium sizes balls from the risen dough.
Dust the surface and roll it out to thin discs.
Sprinkle some minced garlic and chopped coriander leaves.
Press them against the naan with a rolling pin.
Turn the naan upside down and apply water on the other side.
Transfer the naan to cooker with the wet side facing down so that the naan sticks to the cooker.
Immediately, turn the cooker upside down and cook on high flame.
Cook for one minute or till you can find brown spots on the surface.
Once the surface is cooked, leave the cooker on the stove for another minute for the bottom to get cooked.
Remove from the cooker and spread a spoon of butter-garlic mixture on the hot naan.
Repeat for the rest of the dough.
