Easy yummy simple pancake recipe/Best Ever Homemade Pancake

Ingredients:
Maida / All purpose flour – 1 cup
Milk – 1 cup
Egg – 1 large
Sugar – 2 tbsp
Unsalted butter or vegetable oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Baking powder – 1½ tsp
Steps:
Combine maida, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Beat the egg and add it to the maida.
Add butter and milk. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour a spoonful of batter to the pan.
Lower the flame and wait for bubbles to form.
Flip and cook both the sides.
Once it’s done, remove from the pan.
Place a piece of butter on the top.
Pour some honey or pancake syrup or maple syrup on top of it and enjoy the pancake.
