Easy Mango Fruit Salad with english translation (in description box)Episode :852

Let us see how to make an easy and tasty fruit salad using mango pulp.

I am using the store bought frozen Kesar mango pulp.

You can use the pulp of any sweet variety of mango or fresh mango pulp.

I am adding vanilla ice cream also. You can add ice cream of your choice.

This looks like mango custard. But the taste is entirely different.

If you are using fresh mangoes, make a pulp out of it.

I am using frozen pulp bought from Indian store. I prefer the frozen pulp than the tinned ones found in Indian store.

I am using two packets (850g)

I am using black berry, cherry, apple, grapes, pear.

You can use any fruits of your choice. You can add nuts also, if you prefer.

I am adding cashew nuts here.

I have chopped all the fruits to bite size pieces and have refrigerated for a while.

Add mango pulp to the mixie jar. I have thawed the frozen pulp by leaving in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

Add some milk and blend it to a smooth and thick mixture.

Transfer the mixture to a wide bowl. The desired consistency is neither too thick nor too watery.

Add ice cream of your choice in desired quantity. I am adding vanilla ice cream.

You can use homemade or store bought ice cream. I have already posted a video on making Vanilla ice cream easily at home.

Give it a good mix with a spoon.

Do not add ice cream while blending because ice cream need not be blend smooth.

One can confuse this with mango custard looking at the colour. But this is of a different taste.

Add chopped fruits and mix.

Now the easy mango fruit salad is ready.

Make sure to add chilled fruits. You can add different kinds of nuts, if you prefer.

You can add some scoops of ice cream on top while serving.
