Easter Special Chicken Lollipop Recipe | Easy Chicken Starter

Ingredients:
Chicken wings (with skin) – 1 kg
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Chilly paste (Recipe – http://y2u.be/PVIaSlbzAWs)
Pepper powder – ½ tbsp
Soya sauce
Cornstarch – 4 tbsp
Tomato sauce
Spring onion
Oil
Salt
Steps:
Remove the parts of the wings as shown.
Using a knife, loosen and separate the meat from one end.
Scrape all the meat and push upwards.
Add ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp chilly paste, pepper powder, 3 tbsp soya sauce and salt to the chicken.
Add enough cornflour to give the chicken a thick coating.
Cover and let it rest for ½ an hour.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
Gently drop the marinated chicken to the pan.
Cook on medium flame after a couple of seconds.
Flip and cook both sides.
Remove and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add 1 tbsp chilly paste, 2 tbsp tomato sauce and 1 tbsp soya sauce.
Add fried lollipops and mix well.
Add spring onions and switch off.
Enjoy the chicken lollipops.
