Description :

Garlic rice and beef fry

Rice
Rice – 1 glass
Water 1 ½ glass
Salt – as needed
Garlic – 13 cloves (3 for garnishing)
Oil
Butter / Ghee – 2tbsp
Eggs – 3
Pepper powder
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves

To prepare the garlic rice, first we need to cook the rice.
To cook the rice, add 1 1/2 glass of water in a saucepan and bring it to boil.. she’s in the water with enough salt as needed and then add a glass of rice and bring it to a boil again. After it has started to boil, lower the flame to the lowest and close it with a lid and leave it to cook for around 17 to 18 minutes or until done.
Once the rice is done, transfer it onto a plate to cool down.

Cut three big cloves of garlic into rounds for garnishing and the rest of the garlic into fine chops for the masala.

Now, heat some oil in a pan and add the garlic rounds and fry until golden brown on a very low flame and then transfer it into another plate and keep it aside.
Next, into the same oil, add the chopped garlic and fry it until golden brown on a very low flame and set it aside as well.

Into the remaining oil in the pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter or ghee and then add three whole eggs with some salt to taste and scramble them until the eggs are 3/4th done and then add the cooked rice and mix the rice with the eggs.
Next, season the rice with some pepper powder to taste and add a teaspoon of soya sauce and mix really well with the rice.
At this stage, add the fried chopped garlic, add finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Make sure to do all the process on a very low flame so that the egg does not stick to the bottom of the pan and burn.

Beef fry
Beer strips – 750g
Turmeric- ¼ tbsp
Coriander powder 1 ¼ tbsp
Chilly powder – 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds powder – ¾ tbsp
Coconut oil – 1 ½ tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Curry leaves
Onion – 1 big
Oil
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
Chilly flakes – as pwr taste
Fennel seeds powder – ½ tsp
Garam masala

To prepare the beef fry, first freeze the beef In your freezer and cut the beef into thin stripes as you can see in the video.
Next, transfer the beef into a pressure cooker along with quarter tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 ¼ tablespoon of coriander powder, a tablespoon of chilli powder, 3/4 tablespoon of fennel seeds powder, some salt as per your taste, a few curry leaves and 1 ½ tablespoon of coconut oil and mix everything well into the beef and leave it to cook.

Once the beef is cooked, transfer the bees into a hot pan and sauté it until all the gravy is dried up and then transfer the beef on to another plate.
Into the same pan, add some oil of your choice and then add one thinly sliced onion and sauté until the onions start to turn soft.
When the onions turns soft, add a tablespoon of ginger garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell of the ginger garlic paste is gone..
Next, add chilli flakes as per your taste and a half teaspoon of fennel seeds powder and a pinch of garam masala or as per your taste, very little turmeric powder and mix everything really well..
Once the raw smell of the masalas is gone, add the fried beef back to the pan and sauté well with the masala for another five minutes and then transfer it into a serving plate.
