Delicious Egg Bread Sandwich special sandwich

Ingredients: (Makes 2)
Bread – 2 slices
Egg – 3
Vegetables (I used carrot, cabbage, onion, capsicum) – Finely chopped
Pepper powder / Green chillies
Cheese
Salt
Oil

Steps:
Mix the chopped vegetables with pepper powder, egg and salt Set aside.

Cut out the white part of the bread leaving the edges intact.
Tear the white part into small pieces and add to the egg mix.

Heat a pan. Place the brown edges of the bread on the pan.
Drop some oil to the centre.
Pour the egg mix into the edges.
Place a cheese sheet on it.
Spread mix on top of the sheet.

Fill the second one also with egg mix.
Drop a little oil on all sides.
Cook on low flame.
Flip and cook both sides.
Transfer to a plate once both sides are done.
Enjoy the sandwich.

Note: You can add finely chopped green chillies and coriander leaves as well.
