Crispy Chicken Spring Roll

Description :

Ingredients

Chicken – 250 gms(clean and cut into small pieces)
Onion chopped – 1nos.
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp.
Green chili – as needed.
Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp.
Coriander powder – ½ tbsp.
Chili powder – ½ tbsp.
Garam masala – ¾ tbsp.
Pepper powder – ¼ tbsp.
Coriander leaves – as needed.

All purpose flour – 2 cup.
Corn flour – 3 tbsp.

Method

Mix chicken with pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Cover and cook chicken with enough water. Open the lid and boil till the water is evaporated. Allow it to cool. Crush cooked chicken in a mixie.

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chili. Saute for a couple of minutes.

Turn heat to medium. Add turmeric powder, saute for a minute.

Add coriander powder,saute for a couple of minutes.

Add chilli powder, saute till fried.

Add crushed chicken followed by garam masala. Mix well. Add coriander leaves. Switch off flame and keep aside.

Mix flour, corn flour, salt and water in a mixing bowl.

Heat a pan. Pour half a ladle of batter to form circles of 4” diameter. Cook the pancakes turning it once. Place them in a plate. Place a tablespoon of the masala on the pancake. Take the two corner, fold over the filling and roll tight. Seal the corner with a drop or two of the batter.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the rolls by turning them.

Move to a serving dish and Enjoy!!!
