Chicken Sandwich /Kids Lunch Box Recipe.. check the description box for ingredients and method

Ingredients:
Bread
Boneless chicken – 100g
Onion – 3 tbsp (Finely chopped)
Capsicum – 2 tbsp (Finely chopped)
Green Chilly – 1 (Finely chopped)
Pepper powder – ¼ tbsp
Mayonnaise – 4 tbsp
Cheese (Optional)
Butter
Salt

Steps:
Cook chicken with salt and cut into small pieces.
Add onion, capsicum, green chillies, pepper powder, salt and mayonnaise and mix well.

Heat a pan and lightly toast the bread spreading some butter.
Remove the bread and place a few spoons of the chicken filling on to the bread.
Add a slice of cheese and another slice of bread.
Toast the sandwich.
Enjoy the chicken sandwich warm.
