    Chicken gizzard & liver –1 kg
    Onion Chopped–1 big
    gignger chopped–1 big piece
    Garlic Pods-12 big
    Coriander powder – 2 1/2tbsp
    Turmeric powder -1/2 tbsp
    Red chilly powder -2tbsp
    Curry Leaves
    To make masala
    cinnamon sticks–3 small piece
    star anise-3
    cloves-12
    green cardamoms/ elaichi
    Fennel seeds-2 tbsp
