Bread Egg Bulls Eye with english translation (in description box) Episode :863

Ingredients:
Bread slices – 2
Egg – 1
Salt
Pepper
Cheese (Optional)
Butter / Oil

Using a glass, cut out a circle from each slice of bread and set aside.

Heat a pan and melt some butter.
Toast both sides of the bread and the cut out portion til golden.
Stack the two pieces of bread.
Reduce the heat and apply some butter on the center hole.
Crack an egg into the center.
Sprinkle some salt, pepper and shredded cheese over the eggs and the bread.
Flip and fry both sides on medium flame till the eggs are cooked to your liking.
Switch off and enjoy hot!
