BEEF VARATTIYATHU Kerala Style Video Recipe–രുചിയൂറും നാടന്‍ ബീഫ് ഫ്രൈ EPISODE:161

Description :

Ingredients:
Beef – 250g (Cut into small pieces)
Ginger – garlic-shallot paste
Tomato – Half of 1
Crushed red chilly / Chilly flakes
Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
Mustard seeds – ½ tbsp
Salt
Oil

Steps:
If the beef takes a long time to cook, pressure cook it along with ginger, green chilly, turmeric powder and salt.

Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.
Add ginger, garlic, shallot paste.
Add curry leaves.
Once the raw smell goes, add turmeric powder.
Add crushed chilly.
Add tomato and salt.
Cover and cook on medium flame till tomatoes are done and oil separates.
Add beef. Cook on medium flame for 30 minutes.
Beef varattiyath is ready.
