Bachelor Special Recipe-Easy Chicken Kababs
Description :
Ingredients:
Chicken – 1 kg (Cut into medium sized pieces)
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Green chilly
Pepper
Ginger – 1 big piece
Garlic – 8 big cloves
Dry red chilly
Kashmiri dry chilly
Eggs – 2
Cornflour – 7 tbsp
Salt
Oil
Steps:
Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilly, pepper, ginger, garlic, dry red chilly and Kashmiri dry chilly adding some water to a thick paste.
Transfer it to a bowl.
Add cornflour and eggs.
Mix well.
Add salt.
Add chicken and mix well.
Cover and let it rest for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken pieces.
Enjoy the hot chicken kebab.

thanks for the great kerala style recipes.. only thing which I keep wondering is the reason why U have to left each ingredients and show… rather keep everything in one place and focus or zoom like any other cooking videos (I feel it looks a little odd and not clearly visible.. I have wait till U starting cooking and adding each ingredients… so just a feedback or suggestions) but overall I love ur recipe. I have subscribed it too!
