Tip 1: How to cut raw fish perfectly to thin slices
Leave it in the freezer for some time. This makes the fish firm and easy to slice. If you are using frozen fish, slice it when it is still cold (ie., before reaching the room temperature)
Tip 2: How to peel off the garlic quickly
Place the washed whole bulb in a mortar with the root side facing down and crush with the pestle a couple of times. This separates the cloves from the stem. Discard the stem. Smash the cloves with the pestle lightly. This breaks the skin and comes off easily.
Tip 3: How to easily remove kitchen scraps after cutting vegetables
Slide a few inches of the cutting board to a plastic bag/cover attached to the end of the board. After cutting the vegetables, simply slide the scraps and peelings to the plastic bag. Once done, gather up the bag and trash it.
Tip 4: How to store leftover curries
If you are left with curries, instead of storing it in the refrigerator, boil the leftover curry and leave it covered tightly. If the gravy is too thick, add some water before boiling.
Tip 5: How to reheat the rice
Instead of re-boiling and draining the rice again or leaving it in the water overnight, steam the rice in a steamer/idli cooker and leave it covered tightly.

I think u don't know how to cut fish. It should be always in 20 to 40 degree.

Steaming is always good for health also. Just a doubt. Rice kozhenjyu povumo steam cheythal? Another tip i learnt recently is it's easy to scrape ginger with a spoon.
