5 minutes Tomato-Egg Curry

Description :

Eggs – 5 (Hardboiled and deshelled)
Tomato – 3 (Chopped)
Garlic – 6 fat cloves (Crushed)
Shallots – 4 big (Crushed)
Ginger – 1 big piece (Crushed)
Green chilly – 3 small (Slit open)
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
Red chilly powder – ½ tbsp
Salt

Steps:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic, shallots, ginger, green chilly and curry leaves.
Sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add turmeric powder and sauté on medium flame till the raw smell goes away.
Add red chilly powder and sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add tomato and salt.
Mix well.
Cover and cook on medium flame till the tomatoes are done.
Mix well and add halved eggs.
Mix gently to coat the masala on the egg.
Switch off.
Enjoy the easy egg curry.
