Chicken (karinkozhi)

Garlic – 2 bulbs

Ginger – one big piece

Onion – 1 big

Curry leaves

Green chilli

Pepper – crushed/powder – 2 tbsp or as per taste

Coconut oil

Turmeric powder – ¾ tbsp

Coriander powder – 1 tbsp

Garam masala – as per taste (optional)

Salt – to taste

Hi everyone, today I am here with an easy recipe..

First, heat a pan and add some coconut oil to it.

When the oil heats up, add finely chopped onion, curry leaves and green chilies along with crushed ginger and garlic and sauté until the raw smell of the ginger and garlic goes away.

Once the onions turn soft, add ¾ tablespoon of turmeric powder and sauté until its raw smell goes away..

Next, add a tablespoon of coriander powder and sauté until its raw smell goes away.

And finally, add 2 tablespoons of pepper powder or as per your taste and mix well with masala and then add the chicken, some salt to taste, stir well and close it with a lid and let it cook on a low flame.

When the chicken is fully done, turn off the flame and transfer to the serving plate..

You can also sprinkle some garam masala at the last stage if you like the taste of it..
