10 മിനിറ്റ് കൊണ്ട് Chocolate ice Cream||Homemade Ice Cream in 10 Minutes with out an ice cream maker

Ingredients:
Heavy whipping cream / Whipping cream / Heavy cream / Double cream – 2 cups / 500ml (Do not use fat-free cream)
Milk – ¼ cup
Condensed milk – ½ cup
Unsweetened cocoa powder – 3 tbsp
Chocolate chips – 4 tbsp
Powdered Sugar – 3 tbsp

Steps:
Add heavy whipping cream and milk to a bowl and beat with a hand mixer till it becomes fluffy and creamy.
Add sugar in batches in between and keep blending.
Add condensed milk and cocoa powder and mix well.
Add chocolate chips. Mix well.
Transfer this to a dish and garnish with chocolate chips.
Cover with a cling wrap/lid and leave it in the freezer for 6-8 hours.

Scoop the ice cream and top it with some sprinkles.
Enjoy the ice cream!
