1കപ്പ് ഗോതമ്പ് പൊടി ഉണ്ടോ എത്ര കഴിച്ചാലും മതിവരാത്ത ഒരു ഹെൽത്തി ബ്രേക്‌ഫാസ്റ് HEALTHY WHEAT RECIPE

Description :

Wheat flour – 1 cup
Garlic – 1 big clove
Peppercorns
Cumin seeds
Curry leaves
Grated coconut
Boiling hot water – as needed
Tomato – 1
Onion – 1 small
Ginger – 1 small piece
Green chilli – as per taste
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Chilly powder – as per taste
Coconut oil – as needed
Mustard seeds – as needed
Salt

To prepare this healthy wheat snack, first add a cup of wheat flour in the larger jar of a mixer grinder along with a chopped clove of garlic, a few whole peppercorns, some cumin seeds to taste, a bunch of coriander leaves and grated coconut as per your taste and add enough boiling hot water and blend it really quickly to incorporate all the ingredients together.

Once the wheat flour looks all moist, add enough water to make it into a smooth and soft dough which has a consistency that sticks to your hand to touch. The dough need not be as tough as chapati dough.

Once the door starts to come together in the mixer grinder jar, transfer it into a large mixing bowl and knead it with your hand and then make small balls out of it and let it steam until fully cooked..
You may leave the balls to cook for around 4 to 5 minutes after the steam starts to come ..

Meanwhile, let’s prepare the masala to roll these balls in..
to prepare the masala, heat some coconut oil in a pan and add some mustard seeds into it.
Once the mustard seeds pop, add finely chopped ginger, slit green chilies, chopped onion and a few curry leaves and sauté until it turns soft..

Next, add a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder and sauté until it’s raw smell goes away. Next, add some Kashmiri red chilli powder or normal red chilli powder, as per your taste and sauté until it’s raw smell goes away as well..
next, chop in one tomato and add some salt to taste and very little water and some chopped coriander leaves and close it with a lid and let it cook..

Once the tomatoes turn soft, take out the steam balls and add it to the masala and cook for another five minutes until the gravy starts to thicken up and coat the balls well..

Once it has reached this stage, take it out and serve
