Oil / butter/ ghee – 2 tbsp
Maida – 1 glass
Filling
Milk powder – ½ cup
Softened Butter – 8 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp or as per taste
Milk – very little
Hi everyone, today I am going to make buttercream crepe rolls..
First, dry roast puffed rice in a pan until it heats up a bit and turns crunchy and then transfer the roasted puffed rice into a plate and then gently crush it with the bottom of a glass or a small bowl..
do not blend in a mixer grinder jar and powder it, you still need texture for the garnish.
