Wheat flour – 1 cup
Curd – 1 cup
Sugar – 3 ½ – 4 tbsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 2 pinches
Water
Oil – to fry
Hi everyone, today I am here with a simple and easy evening snack recipe..
First, we need to prepare a batter.
For that , add a cup of wheat flour into a large mixing bowl along with a cup of curd that is not very sour , 3 ½ to 4 tablespoons of sugar as per your taste , a quarter teaspoon of salt , a teaspoon of baking powder , two pinches of turmeric powder and finely chopped bananas..
Next, mix everything well and add enough water until you get a batter consistency which can be poured using a spoon into the oil..
Once this battery is ready, you can add a little cardamom powder if you like its flavour.
You need not rest the batter, you can immediately make it and fry.
For the final step, heat some oil of your choice in a pan and drop in little circles of the snack batter using a spoon as you can see in the video and cook it on a low to medium flame on both the sides until the sites turn crisp and golden and the interior cooks well.
Once they are crispy from the outside and cooked from the inside, remove it from the oil to a serving plate..!!
