Basmati rice – 2 glass

Tomato – 2 big, chopped

Potato – 2 big, cut into chunks

Carrot – cut into rounds

Green peas – a handful (optional)

Beans – a little

Garlic – 5 big cloves

Ginger – 1 big piece

Mint leaves – 3, not more than that

Coriander leaves – a little

Coconut oil

Ghee – 2 tbsp

Curd – ½ cup

Lime juice – of ½ lemon

Garam masala – ¾ tbsp

Bay leaves

Star anise – 2

Cinnamon – small sticks

Cardamom – 3

Cloves – 8

Onion – 2 big, chopped

Green chilly – 3

Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp

Coriander powder – ½ tbsp

Chilly powder – ½ tbsp or as per taste

Coriander leaves – a handful

Mint leaves – a handful

Salt – to taste
