വളരെ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ ബ്രെഡ് കൊണ്ട് ഒരു ബേക്കറി സ്റ്റൈൽ ചായ പലഹാരം/SWEET COCONUT BUN SANDWICH

Ingredients:
Bread – 6
Grated coconut – Half of a small one
Sugar – 4 tbsp + 5 tbsp
Cardamom powder – ¼ tbsp
Water – 8 tbsp
Oil/Butter

Steps:
Heat a pan. Add grated coconut and sugar.
Keep stirring on high flame till the mixture becomes dry. No need for any color change.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Switch off once the coconut becomes dry.

Place a few spoons of the mixture on a bread slice and cover it with another slice.
Cut these bread slices into circles using a cookie cutter/round lid. Set aside the cut out edges.
Repeat these steps for the rest of the slices.

Pulse the cut out edges in the mixie to powder them and set aside.

Mix 5 tbsp sugar with 8 tbsp water and set aside.

Coat both sides of the sandwiched bread with sugar syrup by dipping in it for a couple of seconds.
Transfer it to the ground bread and coat it well.

Heat oil/butter in a pan and toast both sides till golden on low flame.
Enjoy the sweet coconut bread sandwich warm.
