ബ്രഡ് കൊണ്ടൊരു അടിപൊളി നാലുമണി പലഹാരം || EASY EVENING SNACKS ||Sweet Bread Ball ||10 Minutes Recipe

Ingredients: (Makes 35 balls)
Bread – 8 slices
Grated coconut – 3 handfuls / ¼ of a coconut
Condensed milk – 3 tbsp (Recipe – http://y2u.be/fZptrVq6nI0)
Milk – ½ cup (Should not be hot)

Steps:
Tear bread into small pieces and pulse in the mixie for a few seconds.
Transfer it into a bowl.
Add grated coconut and condensed milk and mix well.
Add milk and mix well.
Add chopped nuts of your choice and cardamom powder, if you prefer.
Pinch small portions out of it and make small balls.

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls on low-medium flame.
Flip and cook both sides.
Enjoy the coconut sweet bread balls.
