പഴം കൊണ്ട് നല്ല ടേസ്റ്റ് ഉള്ള ഒരു നാലുമണി പലഹാരം || Banana Snacks Recipe || Evening Snacks Recipe

Ingredients:
Banana – 1 (Very ripe)
Rice – ¾ glass (I used kuthari)
Jaggery (Add according to the desired sweetness)
Grated coconut – ¾ glass
Ghee
Salt – ¼ tsp

Grated coconut
Sugar

Steps:
Dry roast the washed rice in a heavy bottomed pan till the rice pops up.
Once it is almost done, switch off and keep stirring till it is done.
Transfer it to a plate. Once cool, finely powder.

Cook chopped banana in ½ glass water till soft.
Cover and bring it to a boil.
Mash the banana well.
Add jaggery and ghee.
Mix well till the jaggery melts.
Add salt.
Add coconut.
You may also add cardamom powder and nuts
Lower the flame.
Add rice flour in batches and mix well to make a thick dough.
Add some ghee.
Switch off and transfer to a plate to cool down.
Once cool, mix well with hands.
Pinch small portions and shape it to a shape you like.
Roll it in the coconut – sugar mixture.
Enjoy the snack.
