Ginger – one small piece

Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp

Coriander powder – ¾ tbsp

Chilly powder- 1 tbsp

Thick coconut milk – 1 glass

Coconut oil

Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp

Salt to taste

Cabbage – ½ of a small one

Grated coconut – ½ coconut

Green chillies- 2 small

Curry leaves – a few

Coconut oil

Ginger- 1 small piece

Garlic- 2 cloves

Green chilly – 2 small

Coconut oil

Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tsp

Dried red chillies – 2 nos

Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp.

Fenugreek powder- 1 pinch

Buttermilk or curd – 2 cups
