hi mia… pls help !! i tried this out. Of course it came out good but not as good as yours.. The chicken lets out so much of water that i could not deep fry it. Once i put the chicken in the oil, lots of water oozes out and the chicken gets cooked like how it is normally cooked. How come your chicken did not leave out so much of water ?!
