Hi everyone, today let’s see how to make a delicious and simple egg curry in a pressure cooker, in just three whistles..
First, heat some oil in a pressure cooker and sauté 2 chopped onions, crushed ginger and garlic along with slit green chilies and curry leaves until the onions soften..
Once the onions turn soft, add ½ tablespoon of turmeric powder and sauté until its raw smell goes away..
Next, add 1 ¾ tbsp of coriander powder and sauté until its raw smell goes away.
Make sure that there is enough oil for the spices to fry..
Next, add half a tablespoon of chilli powder and sauté until its raw smell goes away..
Next add half a tablespoon of fennel seeds powder and sauté until its raw smell goes away.
Once all the spices are roasted well enough, chop and add half of a big tomato and add some salt to taste and give it all a good mix..
Once the tomatoes are well incorporated with masala, add two and half glasses of boiling hot water into the curry and mix everything well.
Next, add boiled eggs after making small cuts on them so that the masala enters into the eggs.
After adding the boiled eggs as well, close the pressure cooker and cook it for three whistles.
After three whistles, open the pressure cooker and add some chopped coriander leaves to garnish, and the curry is ready to be served!!
