Eggs- 8 boiled
Ginger – 1 big piece
Garlic – 3 large cloves

Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Chilly sauce – 1 ½ tbsp

Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp

Corn flour – 6 tbsp

Plain flour – 3 tbsp

Chilly flakes – 2 tbsp

Pepper powder – ¾ tbsp.

For the masala

Ginger – One big piece

Garlic – 5 big cloves

Onion – 2 large

Pepper powder – ¾ tbsp

Chilly flakes – 1 ¼ tbsp

Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Chilly sauce – 1 ¼ tbsp

Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp

Capsicum – 1 ½ large

Oil
