Hi everyone, today I am here with an easy and delicious evening snack recipe using wheat flour and a few vegetables..

First, we need to prepare the dough for the outer coating.
For that, add 2 cups of wheat flour, 3 tablespoons of oil and three tablespoons of ghee along with some salt to taste in a mixing bowl and add little water and knead it into a Chapati dough like consistency..
You can use 6 tablespoons of ghee or 6 tablespoons of oil and you can also use a cup of plain flour and a cup of wheat flour as well as per your preference.

Once the dough is kneaded and smooth and ready, let it rest for around 10 to 15 minutes While we prepare a masala for the filling.

To prepare the masala, heat some oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and start sorting until the onion starts to turn soft.. next, add a pinch of turmeric powder and some chilli flakes to taste and keep stirring so that the chilli flakes and the turmeric powder loses its raw smell.. next, add all the vegetables of your choice, finely chopped along with some garam masala to taste.
Next, add a few coriander leaves as well..

You can use any vegetables of your choice, which has very less cooking time..
Let the masala cook for around five minutes on a medium to low flame until it’s done..

When the masala is done, turn off the flame and let it cool down completely so that we can use it as the filling.

Meanwhile, separate small balls from the door and knead it into smooth balls and roll it with a rolling pin..
After you have rolled it out, using any round shaped lid, cut out a clean and neat circle from it..

After you have got the circle, prepare a cone as you can see in the video, and start filling the masala into the cone and seal the cone from both the sides to make a beautiful shape.

When all the snakes are shaped and ready, add them into boiling hot water and let it cook for around one minute in the hot water before taking it out onto a plate..

After they have come out of the hot water, shallow fry them on all the sites in a pan with some oil until they turn golden brown and crispy from all the sides..

Once the golden and crisp, transfer to a serving plate and enjoy..!!
