Strawberry – 1 small bowl

Hi everyone, today I am here with three delicious and healthy smoothie recipes..
To prepare the first dates and almonds smoothie, grind together a handful of dates and a handful of almonds in a mixer grinder into a fine powder, or until the dates are fully crushed..Next, add very little milk and grind it into a very fine paste and then add as much milk as required along with as much ice cubes as you prefer and grind again and transfer the smoothie into a glass and enjoy..

To prepare the second smoothie, add three by fourth of a banana, five dates, a handful of almonds and grind it in the mixer grinder. . In the first stage, there will be chunks of almonds and dates left in the mixer grinder, so add very little milk and grind it into a very fine and thick paste. . Once all the ingredients have come together like a paste, add the extra milk and ice cubes as required and grind it into the second delicious smoothie and transfer into a glass and enjoy..
To prepare the third smoothie, add a small bowl of fresh or frozen strawberries and a handful of dates and grind together in the mixer grinder jar and add very little milk and grind again to get rid of all the chunks and to obtain a fine and thick paste.. next, add the remaining milk and ice cubes as required and grind again before you transfer it into a glass and enjoy..!!
