കറി ഒന്നും വേണ്ടാത്ത ചോറ് പത്തു മിനുറ്റിൽ കൊഞ്ചു ചോറ് Shrimp Rice
Description :
Ingredients:
Cooked rice
Shrimp / Prawns
Shallots – 3 big / Onion (Thinly sliced)
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
Red chilly powder – ¾ tbsp
Coconut oil
Salt
Steps:
Heat oil in a pan.
Add shallots and curry leaves.
Once it starts to turn golden, lower the flame and add turmeric powder. Sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add red chilly powder and sauté till the raw smell goes away.
Add shrimp and mix well.
Add salt.
Cover and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Once the shrimp is cooked, add cooked rice in batches and mix well.
Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.
(If the rice you are adding is hot, skip this step and switch off after adding rice)
Adjust salt.
Switch off and enjoy the shrimp rice warm.
