Ingredients: (Serves 2)
Dates – 8 (Deseeded)
Almond – 1 handful
Apple – 1
Milk – 2 cups (Cold)
Ice cubes
Steps:
Grind dates, almond, apple and ice cubes adding some milk.
Add remaining milk and pulse again.
Garnish with chopped almond.
Enjoy.
Notes:
-If the dates are hard, cook dates in some water before adding.
