ഒരു അടിപൊളി പെട്ടിക്കട നാരങ്ങാ വെള്ളം/Variety Lime Juice
Description :
Ingredients: (Makes 2 glasses)
Lime – 1 big
Pineapple – 2 bite-size pieces
Sugar
Cold water – 2 cups
Ice cubes
Steps:
Wash the lime well and extract juice.
Blend lime juice, pineapple, sugar, cold water and ice cubes.
Add the lime peel also to the juice and just pulse for a second.
Strain and transfer the juice to serving glass.
Enjoy the spicy lime juice immediately!
Note:
-Use sweet pineapple.
-The juice turns slightly bitter after 15-20 minutes. So consume immediately.
