Description :

SNACK 1

Egg – 1
Curd – 2 tbsp
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Water – as needed
Banana – ½ of a large
Sugar – as per taste (optional)
Salt – one pinch
Oil

Make the first sweet Dosa, first take a large jar of a mixer grinder and add half a banana, crack and one egg, add 2 tablespoons of curd, a cup of wheat flour, some sugar as per your taste and pinch of salt along with some water or milk to adjust the consistency of the batter.

Adding sugar is totally optional and you can do this only if you want them sweet. Try to choose very ripe and very sweet bananas for this recipe and use curd which is not very sour.

After the batter is ready, let it rest for around 10 minutes. .

After the batter has rested for 10 minutes, heat a pan and spread a ladle of battle in the centre of the pan and cook it until golden on both sides. You may also drizzle some oil on top and spread it with your spatula.

When it is done, flip and book on the other side until fully done and transfer it into a serving plate..

SNACK 2

Wheat flour – 1 cup
Salt
White flattened rice – 1 handful
Banana
Oil
Boiling hot water
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder
Sugar – as per taste

To prepare the second snack, first we need to make Chapati dough using boiling hot water.
For that, first add a cup of wheat flour into a large mixing bowl and season it with some salt to taste..
next, add boiling hot water and knead it into a nice smooth dough.

While the door is resting, roast some flattened rice in a pan without any oil until it starts to turn golden and then transfer it into another plate.

Next, chop a banana into the same pan and add 2 tablespoons of ghee into it and mix well and close it with a lid so that the banana can soften and cook.
Once the banana looks a little soft, add some sugar as per your taste and some cardamom powder for flavour and cook it again until it turns into a mushy paste..
At this stage, add the dry roasted flattened rice and give it all a good mix.

Once the mix for filling is ready, separate small chunks from the prepared dough and roll it out into thin chapatis..
Place a dollop of the prepared paste in the centre of the Chapati and add around half tablespoon of ghee on top of the filling and close it from all four sides as shown in the video.

Once the chapathi boxes are ready with the filling inside, roast them on both the sides on a pan drizzled with some oil, until they turn golden on both sides.

You can also deep fry them, if you wish to.
This way it will be even more delicious if you use very right naadan ethapzham..

Once they are golden on both the sides, remove from the pan to a serving plate and enjoy!!
