ഏത്തപ്പഴവും ഗോതമ്പു പൊടിയും ചേർത്തു രുചികരമായ നാലുമണി പലഹാരം|| Wheat Flour Easy Snack

Description :

Ingredients:
Wheat flour – 1¼ glass (Maida / All purpose flour can also be used)
Banana – 1 (Steamed and mashed)
Poha / Flattened rice – ½ glass
Grated coconut – 2½ handfuls
Jaggery (Or sugar)
Ghee
Cardamom powder – 1 tbsp
Salt

Steps:
Mix wheat flour and salt.
Add some oil also.
Make a dough adding enough water.
Cover and let it rest.

Heat ghee / oil in a pan and roast poha till crispy.

Heat a pan and add ¼ glass water.
Add jaggery and melt it.
(Adjust jaggery / sugar according to the sweetness of the banana)
Add coconut and mix well.
Add ghee.
Add steamed and mashed banana, cardamom powder and salt.
Cook for another 5 minutes on medium flame and switch off.
Add roasted poha and mix well.
Switch off and transfer it to a plate to cool down.

Pinch medium sized balls from the dough and flatten it to thin discs.
Cut off the uneven edges.
Cut this into long rectangle portions and then again cut into 3 pieces.
Spread a spoon of the filling on each piece.
Roll it and seal the edges.
(You can make it into any shape.)

Heat a skillet and spread some ghee / oil.
Shallow fry the snack on low flame flipping.
Spread some ghee on top also.
Fry till golden.
Enjoy the snack roll.
