Cinnamon – 3 small sticks
Peppercorns – 1 tbsp
Coriander (whole) – 3 tbsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – ¼ tsp (8-9nos only)
Tomato – ½ of 1 big
Onion – 1 big
Garlic – 3 big cloves
Green chilly – to taste
Ginger – 1 big piece
Curry leaves
Chilly powder – ¾ tbsp or as per taste
Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
Potato – 3 big
Oil

Haii mia chechi e recipe mean undaki super . Enthe veedill ellavarkhum istappethu. 4.30 age ulla oru Mon undhu ennikhu avan sadarana oru curryyoum istapedatha all aanu. Avannu e Curry istapettu. achan soya kazikhatha all aanu but achannum e curry kutty chappaty kazichu. Monnu istappetattu soya same. Avan athu Thane kazikhukha aayirunu.
