Description :

Wheat flour – 1 cup or as required
Potatoes – 3 large
Mozzarella cheese – 5 sticks
Onion – ½ of 1
Green chilli – 2 or as per taste
Coriander leaves – finely chopped
Chilly flakes – ½ tbsp
Cumin seeds – 2 pinches (optional)
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – to fry + 1 tbsp

Hi everyone, today let’s make a tasty snack using wheat flour, potatoes and cheese..

To make this delicious snack, into large mixing bowl, add three large boiled potatoes, peeled, along with half of a finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chilies to taste, finely chopped coriander leaves, half tablespoon of chilli flakes, two pinches of cumin seeds add a teaspoon of garam masala, along with some salt to taste..

Mash these ingredients really well along with the potatoes and combine with the potatoes while the potatoes are still warm

Make sure to peel and mash the potatoes while the potatoes are still warm because only then you will get it creamy and without any chunks..

Next, add up to a cup of wheat flour in batches to the mashed potato mixture until you get a dough which is similar to Chapati dough..

Initially the dough will stick to your hands, but wash your hands and then drizzle a tablespoon of oil and again knead the dough into a Chapati dough like consistency and leave it to rest for around 10 minutes.

After about 10 minutes, take out the dough and leave it on a dusted surface and knead it again to get the dough even smoother..

Once the dough is neat and ready, separate the dough into two equal parts and roll out each chunk of the dough into a circle, using your hand or a rolling pin

Once both the sheets are rolled out and ready, place five sticks of cheese on one sheet and close it with the other sheet and cut the snack into triangular shapes in which the cheese sticks reside, and make sure all the sides are closed..

Now, deep fry these in oil for around 8 to 9 minutes on each side, on low flame, until golden, and transfer to a serving plate..

Serve hot!
