ആവിയിൽ വേവിചെടുത്ത വായിൽ ഇട്ടാൽ അലിഞ്ഞു പോകുന്ന ഒരു നാലുമണി പലഹാരം|| Easy and Tasty Tea Time Recipe

Ingredients:
Maida / All purpose flour – 1 cup
Egg – 3
Sugar – 7 tbsp
Grated coconut – 7 tbsp + for garnish
Milk / Coconut milk – ¾ cup
Baking powder – ¼ tsp
Cardamom powder
Cumin seeds
Salt – ¼ tsp

Steps:
Crack in eggs to a mixie jar. Add sugar, coconut and milk and pulse a few times.
Add maida, baking powder, cardamom powder, cumin seeds and salt and pulse again.
Transfer it to a bowl.
Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Fill less than one-fourth portion of the steamer with water.
Grease the idli plates with some oil.
Cover and bring water to boil in a steamer.
Transfer the idli plates to the steamer.
Pour a ladle of batter to the mold.
Garnish with some grated coconut.
Repeat for the rest of the batter.
Steam covered on high flame for 5 minutes.
Switch off the flame and remove the plates.
Enjoy the snack.
