Description :

Maida – 1 cup
Custard powder – 3 tbsp
Banana
Oil – 3 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Salt – ¼ tsp
Oil – to fry

Hi everyone, today I am here with a sweet snack recipe using bananas..

To prepare the snack, first we need to prepare a dough.
To prepare the door, add a cup of plain flour, 3 tablespoons of custard powder, 3 tablespoons of oil or butter or ghee, a tablespoon of sugar and a quarter teaspoon of salt and mix everything really well with a whisk first, and then using your hands so that the oil spreads well throughout the flour..
you can use flavoured or unflavoured custard powder for this recipe.. I am using vanilla flavoured custard powder.

After mixing all the ingredients, add about a quarter cup of water and knead it into a smooth dough using your hands, just like a Chapati dough and then leave it to rest for around 10 minutes.

While the dough is resting, cut the bananas into chunks with slanting sides.

After 10 minutes, separate small chunks from the door and grease it with some oil on all the sides and lay on your countertop and roll it into thin and long strips as you can see in the video.

When the strips are ready, place a chunk of banana on one side of the sheet and then roll the sheet around itself and close it when you reach the other side and pinch and remove the excess from both sides.. you can exactly follow the method as shown in the video.

With the prepared quantity of the dough, you can make around 9 to 10 snacks.

When these are done rolling, fry in oil on a medium to low flame until well cooked on the inside and crispy golden on the outside.
When done, remove from the oil and serve!!
