Marie gold biscuits – 150g OR 1 packet + 4 more biscuits
Cream caramel mix without the caramel – 78g pack
Butter – 5 tbsp
Water – 1 ½ cup
Milk powder – 4 tbsp
Sugar – 2 tbsp+ 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Whipping cream – ½ cup
Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
Hi friends, today let’s see how to make a delicious and easy pudding without using china grass, gelatin or the oven..
To prepare the pudding, first powder 150 g of Marigold biscuits in the mixer grinder into fine powder and transfer it into a bowl
Next, melt 5 tablespoons of salted or unsalted butter and add to the powdered biscuits and mix well..
You can add the melted butter either hot or after it cools down.. if you’re adding it hot to the powdered biscuit, make sure to mix it immediately..
Press and mix the butter really well with the powdered biscuits..
Now transfer the butter and powdered biscuit into a pudding tray lined with a parchment sheet or a baking paper..This is going to be the base of our pudding..
After transferring the mixture, but it down really hard and set it.
After doing so, place the base into the refrigerator and let it cool.
Next, let’s prepare the pudding mixture.. for that, into a saucepan add 1 ½ cups of water, four heaped tablespoons of milk powder, a packet of cream caramel mix, excluding the caramel and 2 tablespoons of sugar..
You can add up to 3 tbsp if you like it really sweet.
To the same mixture add 2 tablespoons of cornflour as well, and mix really well without any lumps..
After you have mixed it really well, place it on the stove and stir it continuously until it boils and thickens up.
After it thickens up, turn off the flame.
For the next step, let’s whip some heavy whipping cream in a mixer grinder until creamy or you can use whipped cream if you already have it..
Those who do not have whipped cream, add half cup of heavy whipping cream into a mixer grinder and blend it until it turns creamy and frothy..
For sweetness, I am going to add 1 tablespoon of sugar and I am going to whip it again in the blender..
To the sweetened whipping cream, add four more Marygold biscuits, and the prepared pudding mixture, after it completely cools down and blend it again into a smooth mix
After you have blended it in the mixture, pour it on top of the biscuit and butter base which was being refrigerated
Pour the mixture and place it back into the refrigerator again for a for about 4 to 5 hours
After about five hours, take it out from the fridge and garnish it by dusting a tbsp sweetened or unsweetened cocoa powder on top..
The pudding is now ready to be cut and served!!
