  • भाजणीची उकड काढल्यानंतर म्हणजेच पीठ मळल्यानंतर ते १/२ तासापेक्षा जास्त वेळ भिजू देऊ नये.लगेच चकली करायला घ्यावी.पीठ जास्तवेळ भिजू दिल्यास चकली मऊ पडू शकते किंवा तेल ओढू शकते.
