1 cup whole wheat flour (roti atta)
1 tablespoon fennel seed powder (Saunf)
1 tablespoon coriander powder (dhania)
1/8 teaspoon asafetida (hing)
1/4 teaspoon dry ginger powder (sonth)
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes adjust to taste
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon oil

    1- Can I use black urad dal instead of white?
    2- We're only two at home and 8 puris is too much. Is it possible to keep half of the dough in the fridge and fry the puris the next day?

  • we made this puri in kachori style.
    mix all the ingredients with dal put some green chilli and cilantro also….make pithy. and put dis pithy inside the kachori….
    your recipi is more easy..I love it thanks..
