2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, jeera
1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds, mathi dana
1/8 teaspoon asafetida, hing
2 teaspoons coriander powder, dhania
1 teaspoon fennel seed powder, saunf
1/4 teaspoon turmeric, haldi
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon thinly sliced ginger, adrak
1/2 teaspoon mango powder, amchor
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar, adjust to the taste
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, hara dhania

Guava is my favourite fruit. How lucky you are to be able to grow them! Here in the UK they are not always widely available and are expensive, so unfortunately this is one of your recipes I probably won't be able to re-create. Shame, as it does look lovely.
