1 tsp cumin (jeera)
½ tsp mustard seeds (rai)
⅛ tsp asafetida (hing)
½ tsp turmeric (haldi)
½ tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 ½ tsp mango powder (aam choor)
2 Tbsp cilantro (finely chopped, hara dhania)
4 cup water
For Garnishing
2 Tbsp ghee (clarified butter, this is optional)
¼ tap red chili powder

Interesting, so basically just tempered flour curry. I see a lot of variations that use the dahi … I guess to make the experience a little richer, but clearly not vegan.
