  • Can I use fresh methi leaves, instead of dried? If so, how much, ½ bunch? Will the flavour be the same?

  • Hello Manjula, I love paneer so this recipe looks absolutely fantastic to me! Just a quick question: what can I substitute for the cashew powder? Would another ground nut (like almond) be ok or maybe I could use flour? Thank you and I'm looking forward to more of your lovely videos! Aga.
