Thank u aunty…Finally i know how to handle this deep frying oil
Generally girls learn from thier mom and I am learning jain cooking from you 🙂
@swetathar
I dont like to reuse the oil so I do fry in small batches so I dont have too much left. Because I do throw it away the left over oil.
I really love seeing this video and learning about Indian food. It really helps bring people from different cultures together. Thank you!
it is normal 'atta' for chapatti.
I thought that these were made only with maida, never heard about adding wheat flour, what difference does it make though, if u add a mixture of maida and wheat flout?
Food processor workf great for making dough.
Thankyou Manjula. I have been trying to figure out what these were and how to make them for a long time. I tried them before and they were unforgettable. 🙂
Is there another way to mix other than by hand? I used my food processor to combime the dough ingredients.
Thank you
u will find it in any Indian grocery under the name of AJWAIN
Excellent recipe and very easy, thanks!
yes you may use them as papdi chat
You can use atta or western wholewheat flour.
