Ingredients
For Cream Layer
1 can (14 oz) coconut milk unsweetened
1/4 cup sugar
1teaspoon vanilla extract
1-1/2 teaspoon agar-agar

For Mango Layer
1-1/2 cup mango puree, (I used 1-1/2 mango, mango should not be over ripe)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 cup sugar use as needed depend on sweetness of mango
1-1/2 teaspoon agar-agar

    I had a question …i dont have agar agar powder…can i use china grass flakes…??how much quantity do i need to weigh for both the layers…..usually for all my pannacotta recipe…i weigh 5 gms of china grass flakes for 500 ml of total liquid mixture…can u pls tell me the quantities of china grass flakes used separately for both layers…..:-)

  • Great recipe! Can we substitute regular panna cota (with milk and cream) rather than using coconut milk? Also, I am not sue what the best way would be to cut the perfect rectangular shapes of the panna cota. Any tips? Thanks once again for the super recipes!

  • When she added the agar agar to the boiling coconut milk she added the agar agar to luke warm water first then added to the boiling coconut milk. How much warm water did she use when she added the agar agar to it.
